Solved: Solved: lsdelete program not found - skipping AUTOCHECK - Tech Support Guy Forums

Solved: Solved: lsdelete program not found - skipping AUTOCHECK - Tech Support Guy Forums

This seems to be a problem using Adaware with all versions of Vista. To fix the error you must to the following...

Uninstall ADAWARE 2007 from add/remove programs

Manually remove LAVASOFT folder in Program files

Go to START, ALL PROGRAMS, ACCESSORIES, RUN

Type in REGEDIT

Search for LAVASOFT and manually delete any LAVASOFT entries

Click on EDIT and then FIND

Type in BOOTEXECUTE and then search and open the entry

Manually edit the entry and remove the information for LSDELETE

Do NOT change any other AUTOCHECK information

RESTART computer and all will be back to normal

I always advise making a backup of the registry first just to be safe.

Regards,

Steve

Note(VKG):
I've installed Ad-Aware and SypBotSD on Dell Latitide | D820 on 5-5-2010 and raned the SpyBotSD (SD-Search and Detection) this identified this registery change and promper Allow / Deney. I pick the Allow option.

What is sniffer - capture stream video's link(URL)

What is sniffer - capture stream video's link(URL)

To download flash video, windows media streaming(silverlight), realmedia streaming other streaming, you need to know the url(the file name and server address) of you want to download.

Unfortunately, some links to streaming audio and video that you come across on the web are hidden behind javascript or activex scripts. Because of this, it is sometimes very difficult to figure out the actual urls that correspond to the streams being played.

Now, we added the build-in sniffer function in HiDownload Platinum, it does this by searching files and watching network traffic and identifying potential urls.

What is Silverlight

Microsoft Silverlight is a programmable web browser plugin that enables features such as animation, vector graphics and audio-video playback that characterise rich Internet applications.

It is compatible with multiple web browser products used on Microsoft Windows and Mac OS X operating systems. Mobile devices, starting with Windows Mobile 6 and Symbian (Series 60) phones, will also be supported.

Silverlight supports playback of WMV, WMA and MP3 media content[4] across all supported browsers without requiring Windows Media Player, the Windows Media Player ActiveX control or Windows Media browser plugins.
